We want you to be completely delighted with your Jo Loves purchase; if for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a 14-day return window for unused and unopened products. Please ensure items are returned in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our dedicated Customer Care team via email with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a unique Return Authorization code.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original Jo Loves box and protective outer packaging, ensuring the Return Authorization code is clearly written on the packing slip inside.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Send your parcel using a tracked courier service to the address provided by our team; please retain your proof of postage until the refund is confirmed.

• 4.
  Processing & Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
