Yes, we are committed to ethical beauty. Jo Loves does not test any of our finished products or ingredients on animals, nor do we commission third parties to do so.
What is your return policy for fragrances?
We offer a 14-day return window for unopened and unused products in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on bottles that have been sprayed.
